WORKSHOP AT GLOBE HOUSE YOGA – LONDON BRIDGE
JUNE 3rd, 2023
AUTHENTIC INDIAN YOGA, PRANAYAMA & MANTRA

Would you like to join me for a longer Yoga class in a beautiful studio and learn about authentic Yoga? I’m coming back to my favourite space in London, Globe House Yoga for a workshop on June 3rd and would love to meet you there.
Feel welcome to join me for 2 hours of Authentic Yoga, where we go into the roots of Yoga, learn about what Yoga really is, connecting though asana, pranayama and mantra, and how you can incorporate these traditional methods into your daily life, your personal practice, or your teachings. Whether you are new to Yoga or are a Yoga teacher, I hope you will get something out of it.

There will be tea and snacks after the session and time for questions. The workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a beginner at yoga or a yoga teacher, I hope you will get something from it. We’ll be at my favourite place in London, the beautiful Globe House Yoga, a serene studio surrounded by statues of Hindu deities, close to London Bridge station.
