Yoga with Ravi
Immerse yourself in the practice of authentic Indian Yoga. This retreat will focus de-stressing the body and mind and regulating the nervous system to our natural state of relaxation and peace.
Mornings will start with a gentle Pranayama practice, followed by a dynamic Yoga class, focused on connecting breath with movement, working on flexibility, balance and strength.
Ravi will share his years of experience of teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga to create a holistic practice, bringing harmony to body and mind, leaving you feeling energised and with more clarity.
Afternoons will be free time with a late afternoon Yoga session. These classes will be slightly shorter and generally slower paced. On some days this session may be a meditation or a time for going deeper into our pranayama practice. Topics such as Mantras, Mudras, Bandhas and Yoga philosophy will be explored. We will finish in time to have a moment to relax and refresh before dinner.
The retreat include 3 specialised workshops: Meditation for Stress relief, Ayurveda Basic and Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle.
We’ll practice in a spacious open-aired yoga Shala, placed deep in the jungle, where you can immerse in nature, with breathtaking views of giant bamboos and soothing sounds of the flowing river. Yoga mats and props such as bolsters, bricks and belts are all available at the venue.
Our Bali retreat centre offers large and earthy beautifully furnished rooms, with dreamy King or Twin beds. All rooms have unique designs, private ensuite bathrooms, luxury toiletries and Balinese dressing gowns.

“Ravi is an inspiring, motivating and very detailed and articulate yoga teacher. After 5 days of yoga classes my body felt more stretched and flexible than ever and learning his techniques has encouraged me to incorporate practice every day since returning home to London. For this I am very grateful as I can feel the benefits already. The food is also very tasty and healthy and they were incredibly accommodating to our vegan and GF requirements”
“I am so thankful to Talita and Ravi! I was super exhausted when I got there and my stay there really saved me! Ravi is such a great yoga teacher, I could work on alignments and respiration which was super helpful to lower my stress down and finally get to be the most relaxed person on Earth! The food (veggie) was varied, colorful, delicious and made with love. If you are looking for some place to feel in harmony with nature, this is THE one!”
