Step out of your day-to-day routine and giving yourself space to reset and recharge. This day retreat with Ravi will nourish your body and mind, we will practice Authentic Yoga, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation at the welcoming and bright ETNA Centre in Richmond.

The day will start a dynamic yoga practice focusing on connecting movement with breath, improving strength and flexibility. Lunch will be served outside at the ETNA Café terrace and will be a mix of vegetarian & vegan dishes, fresh salads (and may even have some of Ravi’s home cooked Indian food). The afternoon session will focus on relaxation with a session on Mudras and Mantra, singing bowls and a meditation.

We finish the afternoon with a walk through Marble Hill Park and the Richmond Riverside (optional and weather permitting).

We have Yoga mats, bricks and belts at the ETNA Centre, but please feel welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
