The most amazing inspirational teacher...
"Ravi is the most inspirational, amazing yoga teacher and I'm very grateful to live close to the ETNA community centre where he teaches regularly among other places. He loves passing on his deep knowledge to his students and accompanies his practical teaching with insightful explanations to visualise and more fully understand the meaning of yoga. Thank you Ravi for your discipline and loving dedication."
This is a dynamic yoga class based on the Ashtanga Primary series to energise the body and mind. Yoga sequences are broken down to learn each pose in detail with correct alignment. This is a great class to learn and develop your yoga practice with a lot of personal attention for each student and their individual progress. Ashtanga yoga is a stronger class, therefore some previous experience of yoga is recommended. (For a more gentle class, you might want to try Sunday’s Hatha yoga.) Yoga mats are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own.
An hour of Hatha yoga, including asana practice (yoga postures), pranayama breathing techniques and relaxation to bring harmony to body and mind. This class has a focus on creating flexibility and strength while connecting breath with movement. Whether you’re new to yoga or you’re looking to deepen your current practice, please feel welcome to join us. Yoga mats are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own. This class is also available to join via Zoom.
An Iyengar Yoga inspired class. In this class you will learn about the Yoga asana (poses) in detail, focused on precision and alignment while respecting the body's boundaries. We will be using props such as Yoga blocks and belts for support, to reach correct alignment in the postures. A great class for all levels to develop your Yoga practice.

The best yoga class I've ever attended...
"I've been attending Ravi's yoga classes for several months and it's the best yoga class I've ever attended. I'd been looking for a yoga instructor that taught yoga just as if we were in India and I've found that in Ravi. He is passionate and serious about yoga and more than anything he wants you to understand the workings behind each pose and fully achieve them. He's spent his life learning and teaching yoga and his dedication shows in every class. I'm thankful I've discovered his classes!"
